Location, very helpful people on reception, beautiful apartment with everything necessary inside, but it was my mistake that I didn’t check what kind of window in my room, it was facing on the little patio inside, not even outside the street, so It feels like there is no window, no air, and always dark . So I had to turn on the light since the morning.

Outstanding location; well-kept facilities. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Rooftop gym and outdoor area a plus; by the way, these should be advertised more. Little kitchenette was useful for breakfast and snacks.

The location is the best in Mexico City. It’s safe, with lots of restaurants, bars, beautiful parks and museums within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel! Friendly staff, clean rooms and perfect location.

Perfect location, close to the center of Polanco, but still quiet. Very nicely equipped kitchen. The staff is outstanding. We felt very comfortable there. We are already planning another stay. Roof deck a bonus.
